There are a variety of options for non vegetarians and for those who do not eat fish, one of the main sources of Omega 3 rich foods, there are a variety of products which are free from the toxins that fish may contain. While buying these supplements, we need to ensure that they are also are free from mercury, lead, cadmium and other heavy metals in its products. We must be careful though that any supplements that are taken should be taken under supervision, so that any side effects can be avoided.

We have a wide variety of options in our life to eat healthy and we need to ensure that the Omega 3 rich foods are a part of our daily diet, so we can keep away the health issues related to our lifestyle.
